who is my neighbor?

Some people went to look at a house for sale and inquired of the next door neighbor how he liked the neighborhood. The wise neighbor asked the potential buyers this question: “How was your last neighborhood?” The potential buyers said, “It was not friendly and the neighbors were very judgmental.” The neighbor replied, “Well that is pretty much how you will find this neighborhood.” Soon another potential buyer knocked on the wise neighbor’s door and asked how he liked the neighborhood. Again the wise neighbor asked “How was your last neighborhood?” The second potential buyers replied that they loved their last neighborhood; the people were friendly and knew and cared about each other. The wise neighbor again responded, “That is pretty much how you will find this neighborhood.”
